Riva Showroom, Ascona

In July 2010 the new privileged located showroom for Riva pleasure boats in Ascona opened. At the scenic lake Lage Maggiore Bert Haller Innenarchitekten designed a functional and exquisite showroom referring to the sophisticated, traditional and luxury brand image of Riva.

A boat as an example for perfect craftsmanship and functional design was taken as a model for the exquisite wooden fixtures. The chosen materials, mahogany with a glossy finish and soft white leather, are creating an image of a classy boat design, being a synonym for elegance, status and perfection.

These typical Riva design elements combined with a wallpanelling of satined mirror, as an impression of reflecting water, and the use of tessinian natural stone underlines the exclusive ambience.

Especially during night time the illumination of the showroom reminds of a glamorous mediterranean seeside lifestyle.
