ristorante seven, Ascona

This restaurant situated on Lake Maggiore, is not named "seven" without reason. In addition to the menu which carries the "seven" theme, we also oriented our design and structuring of the spaces around this number. Consequently, there are seven different areas: Terrace, Restaurant, Fireside Lounge, Bar, Wine Room, the Sea Lounge and Sea Bar.

These areas are in no way spatially separate, but instead merge in and out of each other and are differentiated by their function and design.

The concept for the materials is based on the use of original Ticino products, such as Valser quarzite. Furthermore, traditional and regional styling elements appear again in the design concept, translated into the language of modern architecture. In this way, we have created an interior design which blends together an awareness of local tradition with a modern and design-oriented lifestyle.
