Schwarz & Weiz, Munich

The space occupied by the Schwarz & Weiz restaurant is characterized by its extremely narrow layout and tremendous height. We wanted to keep these striking features and yet create pleasant room proportions for the guest.

We achieved this through the integration of large but light and airy ceiling elements, such as the over-sized lamps and fabric banners, as well as through the creation of wood-lined alcoves, to establish another point of reference.
