seven easy, Ascona
For seven easy our idea was that the guest wouldn’t be left to eat in a dining area clearly
separated from the kitchen, but that direct contact would be established between the restaurant and kitchen. So
the kitchen is completely open-plan and is included in the design. The visitor can follow their pizza being
prepared and then baked to perfection in the oven.
Authentic Ticinese materials define the material concept, so wood that is still course from the saw and
roughly-hewn stone are used, as well as traditional black and white tiles. The design is not only held together
through materials, but also through a unified colour and lighting concept. Modern and traditional elements are
combined with each other in a youthful and exciting yet highly stylish atmosphere.
