Grand Hotel Esplanade, Berlin

Berlin, like no other German city, stands for an urban, design- and fashion-oriented lifestyle which is at the same time traditional. We wanted to carry over this attitude into the design for the suites at the Grand Hotel Esplanade and with it, bestow a classical yet modern face.

In order to create a feeling of familiarity in modern surroundings, different materials came into use, such as soft fabrics, warm-hued wood, cool glass and rough stone. The most important design aspect here was to create a distinctive and individual setting in which the guest feels at home.

Alongside the desired comfort, the most up-to-date media, cosy fireplace and areas to relax in, the impression remains of a modern, classic, and at the same time unique, design.
