Restaurant "seven", Ascona
The name of the restaurant "seven" at the Lago Maggiore stands for a concept. The young and extremely successful cook Ivo Adam offers his guests a variety of 7 x 7 small and unusual dishes. It was our task to create 7 attractive spaces and areas within the restaurant. The experience starts with the maritime ‘Sea-Lounge’ on the lakeside and continues through the ‘Sea Bar’ to the restaurant where the façade can completely disappear into the floor at the push of a button, creating a seamless merging of the terrace at the front with the guest room. The tour ends in the intimate wine cellar where the most excellent wines can be sampled at just one table.
